Thisassumes optimal development conditions and that all requirements are met to achieve asustainable built form. A draft baseline performance per element is outlined in TableA.2-iv. The latter informs the standards to which the existing and proposed urban structureelements are modelled within the GCR, and which direct the future potential if urbandevelopment accords with the proposed allocation of urban structure within the GCR.97 GAUTENG SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK 2011 GAUTENG GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
