ABSTRACT<br />

We can’t deny that in all classes there are conflicts and every time we get worry because<br />

of the reasons that cause them. The emotions and the mediation are more and more the<br />

ways more used in the education area to solve conflicts.<br />

In the theoretical framework we define emotion, conflict and mediation therefore we<br />

can see the interconnection that exist between them and how, keeping in mind the<br />

contribution of different authors, we can supply of strategies and learning tools to get a<br />

better interpersonal relations and a better cohabitation in the classrooms.<br />

The practice part, based on the cohabitation plan from the school I have worked,<br />

develop the strategies and the methodology that we need to solve conflicts in the whole<br />

education community.<br />

Activities are suggested to work with the primary school students which will be used to<br />

encourage the education in values and create a peace environment and not violence in<br />

the classrooms or in other side of them lives.<br />
