2 c meat stock beef (or pork)<br />

2 c sauerkraut juice<br />

1 egg large<br />

1 c sour cream<br />

2 T flour<br />

1 t dill freshly,Chopped<br />

1/2 c potatos,Mashed<br />

1 rye bread croutons<br />

Bring stock to a boil & add sauerkraut juice. Mix in sour cream,<br />

flour, & egg. add a small portion of <strong>the</strong> hot stock. Mix <strong>the</strong>n add to<br />

<strong>the</strong> pot & simmer for 3 minutes. Add <strong>the</strong> mashed potatos ands sprinkle<br />

with <strong>the</strong> dill. Seve with <strong>the</strong> ryebread croutonsmsprinkled over <strong>the</strong><br />

soup.<br />
