1 water,Boiling<br />

FOR SAUCE ======================<br />

1 qt water<br />

1 c catsup<br />

1 T flour<br />

4 T cornstartch<br />

1 T vinegar<br />

1 T sugar<br />

1 t salt<br />

1 pepper,to taste<br />

1 water,to make thin cream<br />

Put <strong>the</strong> garlic into a water glass and pour 2 T boiling water over it.<br />

Mash <strong>the</strong> garlic well, <strong>the</strong>n add 2 T. more boiling water. Strain<br />
