1/2 l water (or broth (2),Instant<br />

Make a dark roux of <strong>the</strong> flour and fat, <strong>the</strong>n add liquid and bring to<br />

a boil. Only <strong>the</strong>n add 'inlays' (cooked spaetzle, pasta, dumplings,<br />

vegetables, etc.)<br />
