Durante el recorrido, el visitante aprende los<br />
diferentes significados de la biodiversidad y<br />
su importancia para el día a día de todos los<br />
que convivimos en este planeta. También hace<br />
un viaje virtual por los bosques, las montañas<br />
y los arrecifes panameños. Y mediante datos<br />
y cifras, el visitante es testigo de la magnífica<br />
teoría del doctor Steven Stanley, según la cual<br />
el origen de la especie humana está estrechamente<br />
relacionado con los cambios climáticos<br />
planetarios que se generaron a consecuencia<br />
de la separación de los mares.<br />
Para el mes de los museos, el Biomuseo tiene<br />
preparada una exposición temporal sobre el<br />
exceso de plástico que flota en nuestros océanos.<br />
Esta exposición, titulada “En tus manos”,<br />
busca informar y concientizar al público sobre<br />
este enorme problema ambiental que todos<br />
podemos ayudar a solucionar con un uso moderado<br />
y racional del plástico.<br />

For Museum Month, Biomuseo has prepared<br />
a temorary ehibition on the vast amounts<br />
of plastic in our oceans. The exhibition, entitled<br />
n tus manos (In our Hands), is<br />
designed to draw attention to this major environmental<br />
roblem and inform the ublic<br />
of the many ways we can all help eliminate<br />
waste through moderate and rational use of<br />
this material.<br />
