construir equipo<br />
David Fitzalan, ex-CEO de una cadena internacional<br />
de tiendas al detal y oriundo del Reino<br />
Unido, hizo hasta lo imposible por aplicar su<br />
enfoque de construir equipo en la primera<br />
junta directiva que presidió. Fitzalan organizó<br />
dos reuniones fuera de las oficinas para hablar<br />
sobre objetivos compartidos, reglas del<br />
equipo y expectativas comunes de los miembros.<br />
Todos los diez directores asistieron a la<br />
primera reunión fuera de la oficina, pero solo<br />
seis atendieron la segunda convocatoria.<br />
Año y medio después, la evaluación de la<br />
junta reveló una noticia sorprendente: los<br />
