For any institution to keep in apace to the advancements in education and information technology,<br />
it needs to constantly strive for excellence in any field and for this it needs to maintain the highest<br />
quality in all its endeavors. JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research constantly strives for quality<br />
and this dedication to excel against all odds and striving to be the best has helped it to excel in the<br />
richly deserved ranking and accreditation. With its achievements in a short span of a decade JSS<br />
Academy of Higher Education & Research has proved that it can take on the best and I am sure JSS<br />
Academy of Higher Education & Research can only keep going further and further in its success story.<br />
I wish JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research all the best and I am proud to have been a part<br />
of this success story.<br />
Dr. B. Manjunatha started his career in the department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology in 1995 soon<br />
after his undergraduation. He completed his post-graduation in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology in the<br />
year 2000.<br />
As Secretary of Medical Education Unit for 9 years, he was instrumental in disseminating knowledge about<br />
latest technology in medical education. He has many publications in national and international journals.<br />
Having played a key role in his early academics, he has been instrumental in organizing various national and<br />
international conferences, workshops and seminars. He has jointly authored books on Medical Education<br />
Technology, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology and has contributed chapters to textbooks. He has guided<br />
many post-graduate students & Ph.D. scholars. He is also honorary faculty at Karnataka Police Academy,<br />
Mysore.<br />
Apart from being academician he also possesses administrative experience of leading the JSS Medical<br />
College as Vice-Principal from 2009 and 2012. His administrative skills saw him being instilled as the<br />
Registrar of JSS AHER (formerly JSS University) during July 2012. Ever since assuming the office he has<br />
been instrumental in leading the organization in various ranking and accreditations, academics, research,<br />
infrastructure development etc., ensuring the best of the outcomes. His excellent human resources<br />
management has yielded a harmonious and progressive administration within the organization.
