The section under the Dy. Registrar is responsible for general administration of constituent colleges,
maintenance of infrastructure in its Constituent Colleges and Departments, staff welfare measures,
purchases, annual maintenance contracts and follow up, civil upgradation works, general contracts,
construction and development projects and estate management. One of the main objectives of GAD
section is to establish Smart University Campuses (SUC) where education research and outreach
programs are provided in an environment that nurtures freedom of Scientific enquiry and innovation.
This division is lead by Mrs. Kokila M S as Dy. Registrar (Sr. Grade). The ardent efforts from the
division has yielded in quality upgradation of the infrastructure of the Deemed-to-be University in
support to the academic and research initiatives and overall improvements in the campus life.
JSS AHER Guest house at
JSS MI Campus, Mysuru
JSS AHER has constructed the state-of-theart
Guest house building to accommodate the
comforts of the guests, delegates, examiners,
parents & students. It is constructed in the
N-E corner of the JSS AHER campus at SS
Nagar facing Mysore-Bangalore Highway with
Basement+G+2 floors a total cost of Rs.16
crores with the built-up area of 6333 Sqm. It is
equipped with 38 fully furnished Deluxe rooms,
8 suite and 2 VIP suites.

kitchen with airconditioned dining for 80 seating,
executive board room, uninterrupted power
supply, Wi Fi facility, round the clock security,
CCTV surveillance, four exclusive stair case
