The Division is headed by Dr. Balasubramanian S as the Director (Research). With the efforts of
the leader, the division has seen many research grants being procured by the various Constituent
Colleges and Departments.
The research division is responsible for the constitution of the Research Coordination Council
(RCC) to facilitate research in the Deemed-to-be University. The Research Coordination Council
(RCC) screens new research proposals of the faculty, monitors the ongoing research projects and
evaluates the completed research projects. The RCC also coordinates with institutional research
coordinator and promotes collaborations between Health Industry, JSS AHER and its constituent
colleges through a structured process. The division aims to achieve national and international
recognition through publication of research articles in scientific journals. Guidance and facilitation
of research presentations in national and international scientific meetings ranges in the extended
profiles of the division.
