Section G - <strong>Contract</strong> Administration Data<br />
G.1 CONTRACTOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR(S).<br />
The successful offerors shall designate the person(s) whom the Government may contact for contract administration<br />
matters. The contractor shall immediately notify the Government of any change in contract administration<br />
personnel throughout the life of the contract.<br />
G.2 ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION.<br />
The normal contract administration functions listed in FAR 42.302(a) except FAR 42.302(a) (31) and FAR<br />
42.302(a) (38) will be performed by the <strong>Contract</strong> Administration Office (CAO) servicing the geographic area within<br />
which the contractor is located.<br />
G.3 CONTRACT MANAGEMENT (IAW DFARS 201.602-2).<br />
G.3.1 Notwithstanding the contractor's responsibility for total management during the performance of this<br />
contract, the administration of the contract will require maximum coordination between the Government and the<br />
contractor. The following individuals will be the Government points of contact during the performance of the<br />
contract:<br />
G.3.1.1 <strong>Contract</strong>ing Officer - All contract administration will be effected by the <strong>Contract</strong>ing Officer (KO).<br />
Communications pertaining to contractual administrative matters will be addressed to the KO through the<br />
<strong>Contract</strong>ing Officer’s Representative (COR) and <strong>Contract</strong> Specialist. A COR and <strong>Contract</strong> Specialist will be<br />
assigned on each task order. No changes in or deviation from the contract shall be effected without a written<br />
modification to the contract executed by the KO authorizing such changes.<br />
G.4 CONTRACTING OFFICER'S REPRESENTATIVE<br />
252.201-7000 CONTRACTING OFFICER'S REPRESENTATIVE (DEC 1991)<br />
(a) Definition. “<strong>Contract</strong>ing Officer's representative” means an individual designated in accordance with subsection<br />
201.602-2 of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement and authorized in writing by the <strong>Contract</strong>ing<br />
Officer to perform specific technical or administrative functions.<br />
(b) If the <strong>Contract</strong>ing Officer designates a <strong>Contract</strong>ing Officer's representative (COR), the <strong>Contract</strong>or will receive a<br />
copy of the written designation. It will specify the extent of the COR's authority to act on behalf of the <strong>Contract</strong>ing<br />
Officer. The COR is not authorized to make any commitments or changes that will affect price, quality, quantity,<br />
delivery, or any other term or condition of the contract.<br />

G.5 PAYMENT.<br />
Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer. See Section I, DFARS 252.232-7003.<br />
G.6 PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.<br />
Payment Instructions for Multiple Accounting Classification Citations - The following is provided in accordance<br />
with DFARS 204.7107(e)(3): If a contract line item number (CLIN) is funded by more than one appropriation, an<br />
informational subline item number (SLIN) has been established for each accounting classification reference number<br />
(ACRN) relating to the CLIN. The contractor shall segregate and accumulate costs by CLIN and shall submit its<br />
bills by CLIN. The paying office shall proportionally allocate charges and proportionally assign payments to each<br />
SLIN based on the ratio of the obligated, but uncharged, appropriation balance for the SLIN to the total obligated,<br />
but uncharged, appropriation balance for the CLIN. To assist the paying office in assigning payments to SLINs, the
