1.5.1 EXTENDED SPACE
PER CHILD RATIO
Certain activities are offered with a limited number of
participants. Limited capacities according to square
meter size of the club or country restrictions - first
come, first serve, concept analog BLUE etc. - App registration
both for first time registration & registration for
individual programs.
Ratios
Ratios shown are maximum numbers of children
recommended per qualified staff member.
n Mini Club: 8 children per entertainer
n Kids/ Youngsters: 10 children per entertainer
n Teens: 12 children per entertainer
1.5.2 INCREASED CLEANING
PROCEDURES ACCORDING
TO COVID-19 GUIDELINES
The Kids Club must be cleaned and disinfected every
two hours, morning and afternoon after each session.
Support of housekeeping is needed for the deep cleaning
of the clubroom, toilets and sanitation, door handles,
floors and windows. The clubroom must be regularly
ventilated, doors and windows have to be open.
Toys and materials must be cleaned and disinfected
before and after each use. Soft toys, ball pools must be
taken out of the club or be stored in a closed box for at
least 48 hours to disinfect. Disinfection stations as well
as regular hand washing are mandatory.

Arriving children will be asked to wash and
