By signing this, I confirm that I fully agree to the following statements:
1. I declare my consent to TUI, or its authorised agent, making photographs (“shots”) in connection with the aforementioned
event containing my image.
2. I further grant TUI the exclusive right and unrestricted permission, for a term of 10 years, free of charge and
anywhere in the world, to use such shots for the purpose of communications and marketing/advertising activities.
The right includes in particular the right to exploit (reproduce, publish and distribute) and to communicate publicly
(show, make publicly available and broadcast) said shots via all media, for example on fairs and further
events, in brochures, advertisements and other printed materials, in press releases and annual reports, in out-ofhome
media, audio-visual media like video on demand, hotel TV, instore TV, etc., in digital media (inter-/intranet
(including for download and in e-papers, newsletters, etc.), in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), on
YouTube, mobile devices, etc.), as well as for the production and exploitation of image/audio data media (video,
DVD, CD-ROM, etc.) as well as the right to transfer the shots and pertinent rights of use to all of TUI´s affiliated
group companies and TUI´s or its group companies´ distribution partners, service providers, etc.. Your personal
data and the shots will be stored and processed in the scope required for the exercise and proof of these rights
of use in compliance with data protection law.
3. I understand TUI is not under any obligation to actually use any of the shots.
4. I am at least 18 years of age; if not, the additional signature of my parents or legal guardians on this
declaration indicates their consent in the production of the shots of me and their use, as described
above.
