BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES
BASED ON COVID-19
GUIDELINES
Country regulations always must be considered and
followed. New rules e.g. opening hours, safety rules and
the maximum number of children per session are displayed
on the notice board and at the entrance of the
Kids club. Each Parent and Child will be asked to disinfect
their hands when entering the Kids Club area.
Parents are kindly asked to leave the Kids Club area
immediately after drop off and pick up. Parents are not
allowed to stay in the Kids Club facility while the children
are joining the session. Furthermore, parents must
be reachable by mobile at all times, during the children
join the activities. Parents and hotel staff are asked to
ring the doorbell before entering the club as well as
wearing shoe protection when entering the club.
Playgrounds
Playgrounds outside of the respective Kids Clubs are
open and can be freely used by the kids. We kindly ask
the parents to supervise the adherence of their children
to the distance rules. The playgrounds within the Kids
Club grounds are part of the normal Kids Club activity
program.
Kids participating in the Kids activity program can enjoy
the playground under supervision of our Kids entertainers.
The playground inside the Kids Clubs can be
used by children under the supervision of parents when
the Kids Club activities end.
