MAGIC MINI PROGRAM (3–6 YEARS) AN EXAMPLE
09.30–10.00 Free play
Arrival time: Entertainer 1 welcomes the child on eye
sight and then introduces it personally to entertainer 2,
who will take it over. Free play time is thought to give
the children some time to settle. They shall get used to
another environment with other children and that they
are without mum and dad. In this time entertainer 1
provides all necessary information to the parents.

10.00–10.30 Morning dance or aerobic
Program start
10.30–11.00 workshop
n During this time children will work on their
requisites for the afternoon highlight
n Do not use too many templates, thus the children
have more space for their own creativity
n Let the children work on their own
n Help me to do it myself. (Maria Montessori)
n As some children are more creative and some are
less creative, there is a creative area that is decorated
in an inviting manner. It offers the children to
work there (under supervision of an entertainer).
11.00–12.00 Banana boat or pool games
n We offer banana boat in the following clubs:
TML Sarigerme, TML Waterworld, TML Jacaranda,
TML Africana, TML Penelope.
n Important: All parents need to sign the registration
form.
n One entertainer accompanies the children on the
banana, and supports them getting on and off it.
n One entertainer helps them to put the life vests on.
n One entertainer supervises the other children, who
are not on the banana boat.
n All entertainers look at the children at all times!
n In other clubs where we do not have the banana
boat, we organise a pool game at the same time.
n Safety has to be considered – as described in the
section supervisory duty and legal issues for the
corresponding age groups.
n Should you have finished your activity before the
official end of the program, you can use the remaining
time for free play. Normally the children will be
collected one after the other at this time.
12.00–15.00 Lunch break
n The Chilrden Club is closed during this time.
12.00–12.30 Preparation time (Discussion,
preparation, etc.)
12.30 Meeting with the complete entertainment
team
n Lunch with guests (one entertainer per table)
n Be in time at the Children Club in order to prepare
remaining items for the afternoon program.
15.00–15.30 playtime
As in the free play phase, children arrive.
15.30–17.30 highlight
Exact descriptions of each corresponding highlight can
be found in section 4.6. highlight days.
17.30–18.00 Preferred activity or play ground
18.00–18.30 break
18.30–21.00 MAGIC evening program
n Be on time at the meeting place
n More detailed information in the section evening
program
21.00 End of the MAGIC evening program
n The MAGIC evening program is now finished.
n But you do not go to your room yet, take some time
to say good bye to the children and to inform the
parents about the next days’ program.
Normally your day is finished now, but it might be that
you need to support the evening show. Backstage:
