3.2. DAILY PROGRAM
Program offer
We offer a high quality of children programs but it is
not an obligation for the children to join.
The entertainers are fully responsible (supervisory role)
for the children and teenagers during their participation
at the activities. We offer a big variety of kids orientated
entertainment programs. Children can participate in
our activities if they want to but they do not have to.
TUI MAGIC LIFE has international guests and emphasizes
on individuality. Each child is an individual, which is
precious and loving, but nevertheless has its certain
particularities. It is our duty, to make each child happy.
We do not differentiate between background and language.
Each child will get our fullest attention.
We impart holiday feelings, affection, joy, trust and
MAGIC Moments, but also limits.
IMPORTANT: Kids Entertainment is of
great importance at TUI MAGIC LIFE.
The wellbeing of the child is top priority.
What are the characteristics for a good Kids entertainer?
Happy, friendly, creative, these are only a few characteristics
for a good Kids Entertainer. We are responsible,
always helpful, spontaneous and a little crazy. We discover
the child in our inner self. We are children ourselves,
but take care of them at the same time. We are
there for the children, but also for the parents. Most
important, we maintain the overview at all times.
What do children parents and also the hotel expect
from me?
Arouse the children’s curiosity, motivate the children
and respond to their needs. Listen to the children and
take them seriously. Respond to the children’s interests.
Create an exciting program for the complete day.
Always talk to the children on eyesight, particularly
when welcoming them. Establish group typical actions.
Give the children the feeling that they are important to
you.
A happy child is synonym for happy parents.
It is very important, that the entertainer is
dedicated and responsible when carrying out the
day program.
