Bexleyheath, Kent A prominent retail parade located on the pedestrianised high street in Bexleyheath, Kent. The building provides retail units of between 4,500 – 39,500 sq. ft. arranged over three floors. During the period £1.2 million was invested in the asset adding 17,000 sq. ft. of retail space for Primark Stores and achieving a rental uplift and a lease term extension to 25 years.
