in February 2011 for £5.0 million and planning consent was<br />
subsequently secured for its redevelopment into five luxury apartments.<br />
Works are currently underway with practical completion targeted<br />
for the beginning of Q3 <strong>2012</strong>. An early targeted marketing campaign<br />
has been launched with strong anticipated interest for these prime<br />
