A prominent retail parade located on the pedestrianised high street<br />
in Bexleyheath, Kent. The building provides retail units of between<br />
4,500 – 39,500 sq. ft. arranged over three floors. During the period<br />
£1.2 million was invested in the asset adding 17,000 sq. ft. of retail<br />
space for Primark Stores and achieving a rental uplift and a lease<br />
term extension to 25 years. This has resulted in a weighted average<br />
unexpired lease term across the asset of 18 years.<br />
