Das Hotel ALMANAC Palais Vienna wurde diesen März eröffnet.

Lange war es still in den beiden historischen
Stadtpalais – nun ist neues Leben
eingekehrt! Die 31 Zimmer und
80 Suiten mit ihrer natürlichen Farbwelt
und den luxuriösen Materialien verbinden
zeitgenössisches Interior Design mit der imperialen
Geschichte zweier historischer
Stadtpalais. Zu den Suiten zählen unter anderem
die Park Suite mit Blick auf Wiens
berühmten Stadtpark, die Duplex Suite mit
Galeriecharakter und zwei, durch eine stilvolle
Treppe verbundene Etagen oder die
2-Bedroom Suite, die über zwei getrennte
Schlaf- und Badezimmer verfügt und daher
besonders für reisefreudige Familien geeignet
ist.
Familiensache
Almanac Hotels ist ein Teil des Unternehmensverband
der Familie Haselbacher
und wurde vom ehemaligen österreichischen
Profi-Basketballer Herbert Haselbacher
gegründet. Gemeinsam mit seiner
Tochter Tina Haselbacher verantwortet er
die Entwicklung und Leitung der Marke
Almanac Hotels, welche sich als neuer
Trendsetter in der Hotelindustrie positionieren
möchte.
Regionale, raffinierte Kreationen – vom
Land, aus dem Wasser oder vom Feld. Inspiriert
von den österreichischen Alpen und
den Wiener Wochenmärkten bringt das Restaurant
Donnersmarkt mit seinem „Plant-
Forward“ Konzept neuen Schwung in die
Wiener Gastronomieszene.
Der Fokus liegt auf einer frischen, regionalen
sowie saisonalen Küche, die durch
pflanzenbetonte Gerichte mit alpinem Twist
überzeugt. Küchenchef Andreas Mahl vermittelt
seinen Gästen nicht nur die Nähe
zum Produkt, sondern lässt sie Wien und
Österreich durch dessen Kulinarik erleben.
For a long time it was quiet in the two
historic city palaces - now new life
has arrived! The 31 rooms and 80
suites with their natural colour scheme and
luxurious materials combine contemporary
interior design with the imperial history
of two historic city palaces. The suites include
the Park Suite with a view of Vienna‘s
famous Stadtpark, the Duplex Suite with
gallery character and two floors connected
by a stylish staircase or the 2-Bedroom Suite,
which has two separate bedrooms and
bathrooms and is therefore particularly
suitable for families who like to travel.
Family business
Almanac Hotels is part of the Haselbacher
family business association and was
founded by former Austrian professional
basketball player Herbert Haselbacher. Together
with his daughter Tina Haselbacher,
he is responsible for the development and
management of the Almanac Hotels brand,
which aims to position itself as a new trendsetter
in the hotel industry.
Regional, refined creations - from the
land, the water or the field. Inspired by the
Austrian Alps and the Viennese weekly
markets, the Donnersmarkt restaurant
brings new momentum to the Viennese
gastronomy scene with its “Plant-Forward“
concept.
The focus is on fresh, regional and
seasonal cuisine that convinces with plantbased
dishes with an alpine twist. Chef Andreas
Mahl not only conveys to his guests
the closeness to the product, but also lets
them experience Vienna and Austria
through his culinary arts.
