สวยงาม ราคา รายละเอียดในการติดตั้งแล้ว ยังมีเรื่องอื่นๆ ที่จะต้อง<br />
พิจารณาให้ความสำาคัญ ได้แก่ อายุการใช้งาน ความหนาของโลหะ<br />
การเกิดสนิม วัสดุเคลือบช่วยป้องกันการกัดกร่อน ระบบเคลือบสี การ<br />
เข้ากันของวัสดุ (Compatibility) การป้องกันการรั่วซึม การเลือกฉนวน<br />
กันความร้อน ค่าการป้องกันเสียง งานติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ บนหลังคา<br />
มาตรฐานการทดสอบ การรับประกันทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์และการติดตั้ง<br />

There are many factors to consider when selecting materials<br />
for roofing besides aesthetics, price, and installation details:<br />
service life, thickness of metal, rust, coating material to prevent<br />
corrosion, coating system, material compatibility, waterproofing,<br />
selection of insulation, and sound protection value.<br />
Installation of equipment on the roof, testing standards, and<br />
a warranty for both the product and the installation.<br />
Each type of metal roof installation comes with different details.<br />
Architects and designers need to study, work on designs, and<br />
determine details in accordance with product standards. What<br />
is also important is testing certification according to international<br />
standards to get the highest efficiency, be beautiful,<br />
strong, prevent water leakage, and reduce problems that may<br />
occur after installation and use.<br />
Steel roof<br />
Metal roofs that are widely used in Thailand are steel ones.<br />
The main problem with steel roofs is rust, corrosion, and<br />
penetrating, causing damage to the building and its properties.<br />
Until now, high-quality coating materials have been developed<br />
to extend the life of steel roofs, such as zinc-aluminum alloy or<br />
other metals. Corrosion-resistant metal roofing may have a<br />
special coating to help make it beautiful, enhance anticorrosion<br />
performance, and prolong service life. It also helps to<br />
reduce the temperature of the roof surface and helps conserve<br />
energy by reducing heat transmitted through the roof into the<br />
building.<br />
Stainless steel roof<br />
In Thailand, architects and designers may not be familiar<br />
with stainless steel roofing. This interesting website,<br />

choosing stainless steel roofing for beauty, strength, durability,<br />
and long service life. It also helps reduce maintenance costs,<br />
and the roof system is lightweight. The Chrysler Building in<br />
New York City is an example of a long-standing building. It<br />
was completed in 1931 and used high-quality stainless steel<br />
containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It also features a<br />
modern architectural example, the Walt Disney Concert Hall<br />
in Los Angeles, designed by American architect Frank Gehry.<br />
In this world-renowned project, stainless steel is used distinctively<br />
to cover the building, creating an extraordinary and<br />
