ปั ญหาหลังคาโลหะ
นอกจากเรื่องของเสียงรบกวนที่เกิดจากฝนตกกระทบแผ่นหลังคาโลหะ

หลังคาโลหะ
โลหะหย่อน (Oil Canning Effect) เป็นอาการที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อโลหะกระทบ
แสงแล้วพื้นผิวปรากฏเงาสะท้อนดูพลิ้วเป็นคลื่น สะท้อนแสงจะไม่
สม่ำาเสมอกัน แลดูไม่เรียบร้อยสวยงาม ซึ่งเป็นลักษณะทั่วไปของโลหะ
ผิวเรียบบางและมีหน้ากว้าง ที่เมื่อโลหะรับแรงเค้นมากเกินไปจนไม่
สามารถคงรูปแบนราบจึงทำาให้เกิดพื้นผิวคลื่นที่มองเห็นได้ โดยอาจมี
สาเหตุมาจากส่วนการผลิต การตัดแผ่น การที่พื้นที่ในการยืดหรือหดตัว
ไม่เพียงพอ การปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบโครงสร้างเดิมที่ทำ าให้เกิดความเครียด
หรือมีการจัดการ การจัดเก็บ ที่ไม่เหมาะสมโดยผู้ติดตั้ง แนวทางที่จะ
ลดปัญหาโลหะหย่อนอาจทำาได้โดยการเพิ่มความหนาแผ่นโลหะ ใช้
ลักษณะรูปลอนที่ลดขนาดพื้นผิวเรียบ เลือกใช้แผ่นวัสดุที่มีค่าการสะท้อน
แสงต่ำาหรือมีลักษณะพื้นผิวแบบด้าน การเลือกซื้อแผ่นโลหะที่มีการปรับ

การรั่วซึม (Leaking) เป็นเรื่องที่ไม่มีใครอยากให้เกิดขึ้น นอกจากจะ
เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมแซมแล้ว ยังสามารถทำาให้เกิดความเสียหาย
กับสิ่งของมีค่าในอาคาร การรั่วซึมมีโอกาสเกิดขึ้นได้เสมอ ในบางกรณี
เกิดจากธรรมชาติกระทำาซึ่งนอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา หรือบ่อยครั้ง
ก็เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของมนุษย์ สาเหตุที่นำาไปสู่การรั่วซึมของหลังคา
ได้แก่ ภาวะฝนตกหนัก แรงลม ความเสียหายของโครงสร้าง สภาพ-
อากาศลักษณะอื่นๆ รวมถึงการติดตั้งที่ผิดพลาด การใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์
ไม่ถูกต้องเหมาะสม
The solution to reducing the problem of metal slack could be
to increase the thickness of the metal sheet, use a corrugated
appearance that reduces the size of a smooth surface, select
a sheet profile with low reflectivity or a matt finish, or those
that have been adjusted to the surface tension so that it will
not change to the original condition, or install them on a flat
roof support plate. The most important thing is choosing
skilled and experienced builders with management skills and
knowledge to avoid metal slack problems.
Leaking is a common problem that causes damage to valuables
and incurs repair costs, but it is always possible. In
some cases, natural actions are beyond control, often due to
human error. Causes that lead to roof leakage include heavy
rain, strong winds, structural damage, and other weather
conditions, including faulty installations or improper use of
equipment.
Scuffing and scratching can occur in the same way on painted
or coated materials. Such marks can appear at all stages,
from slitting, coiling, and transportation to installation at the
construction site or trampling on the roof. Contractors and roof
installers must pay attention to management and care to avoid
damage to the surface of the roof sheet material that may occur.
However, if the damage causes a deep groove in the material,
it may be necessary to replace the sheet immediately.
Corrosion can occur with different types of roofing materials.
The appropriate materials and coatings will help prevent
corrosion. In general environments and those that are highly
corrosive, such as industrial areas, the area near the sea has
high salinity. Additional considerations include the protective
coating on the back surface of the metal roof, dissimilar metal
corrosion, and prevention of corrosion around the cutting edge.

การขูดขีดจากวัตถุเกิดเป็นรอย (Scuffing & Scratching) สามารถเกิด
ขึ้นได้ลักษณะเดียวกันกับวัสดุที่มีการเคลือบสี การเกิดรอยดังกล่าวเกิด
ได้ในทุกขั้นตอนตั้งแต่การตัดแบ่งแผ่น การม้วนแผ่น การขนส่ง จนถึง
การติดตั้งที่สถานที่ก่อสร้าง การเหยียบย่ำาบนหลังคา ผู้รับเหมา ผู้ติดตั้ง
งานหลังคาจึงต้องให้ความสำาคัญในการจัดการดูแล เพื่อไม่ให้ผิวหน้า
วัสดุแผ่นหลังคาเกิดความเสียหายที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้ ทั้งนี้หากความเสีย
หายนั้นกินเข้าไปในเนื้อวัสดุมากอาจเป็นความจำาเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนแผ่น
โดยทันที
Dissimilar metals and materials that come into contact can
cause deterioration. For example, aluminum-zinc-coated steel
roofing performs better when not exposed to copper, brick,
lumber, steel, or concrete. Contact with such materials will
cause galvanic corrosion. Therefore, the suitability of using
all materials in the roof installation must be overseen and
checked.

การกัดกร่อน (Corrosion) สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้กับวัสดุหลังคาประเภท
ต่างๆ วัสดุและระบบเคลือบผิวที่เหมาะสมจะช่วยป้องกันการกัดกร่อน
ในสภาวะแวดล้อมทั่วไป สภาวะแวดล้อมที่จะมีการกัดกร่อนสูง เช่น
