มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมของไทยในปัจจุบันมีการกำาหนด<br />
มาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานหลังคาโลหะ ได้แก่ มอก. 1<strong>12</strong>8-2562<br />
แผ่นเหล็กมุงหลังคา มอก. 1038-2535 กระเบื้องแผ่นเหล็กเคลือบ<br />
มุงหลังคา มอก. 2132-2564 เหล็กแผ่นเคลือบสังกะสีโดยกรรมวิธี<br />
จุ่มร้อน และเคลือบสี: แผ่นลอน มอก. 3059-2563 เหล็กกล้าทรงแบน<br />
เคลือบสังกะสีผสมอะลูมิเนียม 0.5% ถึง 6% และแมกนีเซียม 0.4%<br />
ถึง 4% โดยกรรมวิธีจุ่มร้อน มอก. 2753-2559 เหล็กกล้าทรงแบน<br />
รีดเย็น เคลือบอะลูมิเนียม 55% ผสมสังกะสี โดยกรรมวิธีจุ่มร้อน และ<br />

ยืนยันประสิทธิภาพมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ เช่น FM 4471 Panel Roofs<br />
UL 580 Safety Testing for Uplift Resistance of Roof Assemblies,<br />
BS 476 Fire test on building materials and structures เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้<br />
ต้องตรวจสอบก่อนว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่จะระบุใช้งานนั้นได้ผ่านการรับรอง<br />
ตามมาตรฐานเหล่านั้นแล้วหรือไม่<br />
หลังคาโลหะสามารถนาวัสดุกลับมาใช้ใหม่ เป็ นมิตรกับสิ ่งแวดล้อม<br />
มีการสะท้อนความร้อนได้ดีขึ ้นอยู่กับผลิตภัณฑ์และระบบสีที่เลือก<br />
ใช้ งานหลังคาโลหะก็เช่นเดียวกันกับงานหลังคาทั่วไปที่มีเรื่องต้อง<br />
พิจารณาอื่นๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็ นการออกแบบเพื่อใช้งานในสภาวะแวดล้อม<br />
ที่แตกต่าง การระบายน้ำา การทา Overflow การทาช่องแสงบน<br />
หลังคา (Skylight) การเจาะทะลุของงานระบบอาคาร งานติดตั้ง<br />
อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ บนหลังคา การติดตั้งแผง Solar Cell ซึ ่งจะต้อง<br />
คานึงถึงการบารุงรักษา การซ่อมแซม ในบางกรณีอาจต้องให้ความ<br />
ปลอดภัยมีค่าการกันไฟในกรณีเกิดเหตุการณ์เพลิงไหม้ด้วย ทั้งนี้<br />
เพื่อไม่ให้เป็ นปั ญหานามาซึ ่งความเสียหายในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินอันที่<br />
สามารถจะเกิดขึ ้นได้ ในอนาคต<br />

Reference standards<br />
Currently, Thai industrial product standards have established<br />
standards related to metal roofing, including TIS 1<strong>12</strong>8-2562<br />
Roofing steel sheet, TIS 1038-2535 Coated steel sheet<br />
roofing tiles, TIS 2132-2564 Prepainted hot-dip zinc-coated<br />
steel: corrugated, TIS 3059-2563 Hot-dip zinc 0.5% to 6%<br />
aluminium 0.4% to 4% magnesium alloy-coated flat steel, TIS<br />
2753-2559 Prepainted Hot-DIP 55% Aluminium/Zinc-Coated<br />
Cold-Reduced flat steel, TIS 50-2565 Hot-dip zinc-coated<br />
cold reduced flat steel strips, sheets and corrugated sheets.<br />
Architects and designers can use these standards to prepare<br />
building material specifications.<br />
The international safety standards can also be referenced to<br />
confirm product performance, such as FM 4471 Panel Roofs,<br />
UL 580 Safety Testing for Uplift Resistance of Roof Assemblies,<br />
BS 476 Fire Test on Building Materials and Structures, etc.<br />
It is essential to check beforehand if the intended product is<br />
certified to those standards.<br />
Metal roofs are reusable and environmentally<br />
friendly. It has good heat reflection, depending on<br />
the product and paint system. Metal roofing is no<br />
different than other roofing materials in that it has<br />
to be considered in many areas, such as designing<br />
for use in different environments, drainage, overflow,<br />
skylights, penetration of building systems,<br />
installation of various equipment on the roof,<br />
and installation of solar cell panels, which must<br />
take into account maintenance, repairs. In some<br />
cases, we may have to provide safety with a fire<br />
protection value in the event of a fire so as not to<br />
be a problem that will cause damage to life and<br />
property in the future.<br />
