ผ่านมาซึ่งมอบให้แก่ Balkrishna Doshi สถาปนิกชาวอินเดีย<br />
ผู้ล่วงลับ และผลรางวัลในปีนี้แก่ Yasmeen Lari ช่วยเน้นย้ำา<br />
ถึงทิศทางใหม่ของ RIBA ที่สนับสนุนให้สถาปนิกไม่เพียง<br />
ทำางานให้กับผู้คน 1% ที่มีอำานาจเท่านั้น แต่ยังควรให้ความ<br />

Yasmeen Lari’s architectural initiatives and humanitarian<br />
efforts have taken her to the forefront of the<br />
Pakistani and worldwide architectural communities.<br />
Her design centers around the effects of deforestation,<br />
pollution, and health risks that women living<br />
in rural regions confront. Some refer to her architectural<br />
work as eco-feminism because of the way<br />
she analyzes and navigates various approaches for<br />
women and the environment to coexist, whether in<br />
cultural, economic, religious, or political aspects,<br />
all of which strive to meet the needs of both women<br />
and the world.<br />
From last year’s Royal Gold Medal winner, the late<br />
Indian architect Balkrishna Doshi, to this year’s<br />
winner, Yasmeen Lari, it’s an interesting manifestation<br />
of the RIBA’s new direction and the support it<br />
gives to architects. From now on, more architects<br />
will be recognized not for the works they did for<br />
the 1% of the world with all the money and power,<br />
but for the contribution of their knowledge and<br />
ability to help the human race, especially those<br />
who are suffering from inequality, disparity, and<br />
catastrophic natural disasters caused by climate<br />
