PROGRAM OVERVIEW<br />
This certi�cate program provides students with the practical<br />
skills needed to work in an executive of�ce environment. The<br />
option focuses on MS Of�ce applications including security<br />
issues and either database or spreadsheet applications.<br />
CAREER OUTLOOK<br />
Graduates of this program qualify for entry-level positions such<br />
as receptionists, data-entry clerks, <strong>info</strong>rmation processing<br />
specialists, of�ce assistants, or customer service representatives<br />
in a wide variety of businesses and corporations. All courses in this<br />
certi�cate program may be applied to any option in the Associate<br />
