The Business Administration Department offers eight academic<br />
programs, placing graduates in a competitive position when<br />
seeking employment or transferring to four-year academic<br />
institutions. Students qualify for entry-level positions within their<br />
areas of concentration.<br />
CONCENTRATION OVERVIEW<br />
This concentration prepares students to transfer to four-year<br />
colleges or universities and major in business administration. A<br />
bachelor’s degree enhances the competitive status of students<br />
for entry into business-related �elds, and prepares students<br />
for advanced degrees. The college has transfer articulation<br />
agreements with many four-year academic institutions in the<br />
area. Graduates of this concentration may qualify to transfer<br />
using bene�ts of MassTransfer to a four-year state college or<br />

CAREER OUTLOOK<br />
Students’ potential careers vary depending upon the chosen<br />
major and include accounting, mid-level management, banking,<br />
�nance, and insurance. Students must complete a bachelor’s<br />
degree as a minimum requirement for entry into these �elds.<br />
Students may need to pursue graduate work, as well.<br />
