Reserves that are determined in accordance with IFRSs
are not available for distribution. The exception is other
revenue reserves as presented in accordance with
Slovene Accounting Standards, which may be allocated
to a distribution subject with the approval of the Board
of Management. On 31 December 2005 this reserve
amounted to 6,662,009,000 tolars.
Minority interest
In 2005 minority interest decreased by 627,240,000
tolars due to the additional purchase of stakes in
subsidiaries, and by 97,013,000 tolars due to a transition
to a joint controlling and, as a consequence,
proportionate consolidating. The increase in minority
interest of 52,900,000 tolars is represented by profits
attributable to minority interest.
