The manner, flow of information and responsibilities in
reporting are defined by the Internal Rule Book of
reporting on Sava d.d. as a public joint stock company.
The corporate communication team is in charge of
considering the adopted reporting system, its
reconciliation with new legislation and the introduction
of improvements based on the best domestic and foreign
practices available. The team that operates under the
Board of Management includes the director of the
competence centres and some of their associates.
One of the team’s tasks is to pursue changes in the
Corporate Governance Code for Slovenia, ensure
consistency with it and enforce rules in daily operations

and company business. The commitment to the code
was already adopted by the Statement on Conformity
with the Corporate Governance Code for Slovenia for
the code’s first version that had been designed in March
2004 in collaboration with the Ljubljana Stock
Exchange, Supervisory Board Members Association
and Managers’ Association. In this annual report we
announce the Statement on conformity with the latest
version of the Corporate Governance Code for Slovenia
valid since 14 December 2005 on page 223.
