The 56-year-old university graduate in economics and Master of Business
Administration is chairman of the Board of Management of Nacionalna
Finanåna Druœba d.o.o., Ljubljana.
His more important managerial experience comprises the membership of the
Board of Management in Ljubljanska Banka d.d., Ljubljana, leading the project
for establishing the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana and presiding over
the Slovene Banks Association.

Republic Committee for Work and member of the Executive Council of the
Republic of Slovenia, head of the project for establishing the pensions company
at SKB d.d. Ljubljana and chairman of its temporary board, deputy general
director at the Institute of Pension and Disability Insurance of Slovenia.
