a n n u a l r e p o r t | 2 0 0 5 1 8 6 | Explanation of the adjustments in the consolidated income statement Extraordinary revenues in the income statement were transferred under other operating revenues, and extraordinary expenses under other operating expenses. Other items were correspondingly broken down to meet the requirements of IFRSs for a separate disclosure. The substance of adjustments in the income statement affecting its amount is explained above in connection with individual balance sheet items. Below they are shown by the individual item of the income statement. Other operating revenues were increased by derecognition of negative goodwill amounting to 3,467,619,000 tolars that arose in 2004, by a reduction in provisions for severance cost and employee benefits (28,569,000 tolars) and unrecognised provisions for advertising (8,727,000 tolars) and decreased for negative goodwill in the amount of 204,546,000 tolars utilised in previous years. Cost of goods, materials and services were increased by 15,626,000 tolars for the cost of organisation incurred by the enterprise that were capitalised in 2004 according to SAS, and consistent with IFRSs they cannot be recognised. At 1 January 2004 unrecognised noncurrent capitalised expenses amounted to 810,030,000 tolars. In 2004 their amortisation amounted to 122,347,000 tolars. This amount increased the income for the year 2004. Labour costs in 2004 were increased by additional provisions for severance costs and employee benefits on the basis of an actuary calculation in the amount of 48,699,000 tolars. For the difference between the reduction of provisions and formed additional provisions for severance costs the deferred tax receivable amounting to 5,033,000 tolars was calculated. The share in profit of associates is the attributable profit that consistent with SAS in 2004 was not recognised in the income statement. All adjustments in the net income attributable to the Group increased the income by 6,705,616,000 tolars. Adjustments did not significantly influence the net income attributable to minority owners, which increased by 30,959,000 tolars especially due to amortisation of unrecognised capitalised cost of organisation incurred by the enterprise. Explanation of changes in the consolidated cash flow statement The form of the cash flow statement according to Slovene Accounting Standards differs considerably from the cash flow statement according to IFRSs. Therefore certain differences are not explainable. As far as substance is concerned, the difference lies only in classifying current call deposits and deposits at up to three months’ notice in cash and cash equivalents, whereas their movement according to SAS was classified in current financial investments.

These are the Group's first financial statements that have been prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.
