liability as surety on "said bond, provided," however," that this release shall
not affect or release the liability of the said surety on account of any obligation
arising in connection with said bond prior to the date of the approval
of this order by the Mayor.
A new permit having been granted to Abbeyfeale Cafe Inc. and new
bond.having been filed with the Maryland Casualty Company, the license
granted to Stephen Burns-Annie Burns for a sign over the sidewalk at 32
Beacon Street is hereby revoked.
Upon the approval of this.order by the Mayor, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company above
mentioned.

The Commissioner of Electric Lines and Lights is

requested to transfer the non-operating traffic signal lights from the corner
of Park Street and Somerville Avenue to_ allocation opposite the Conway Play-
ground placing them in operation -as soon as possible so that the children of
that vicinity desiring -to cross Somerville Avenue to reach the playground may
do so in safety.
