Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed with
under a suspension of the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote, Al-
dermen Brady, Mallard, Ryan, Hurd, McCarthy, Corbett, pickett, Murray, Carrol
Vice-president Reynolds and the president, 11, voting in the affirmative.

Received a venire for the drawing of five men to serve as
traverse jurors at the Superior Court, to be holden at Cambridge, the persons
so drawn to appear and attend at the first session of said Court, on Monday,
the third day of February, 19^7 > at 10 a.m. (Criminal business)
The box containing the names being shaken and the slips or
ballots bearing the names being mixed, Aldermen Mallard and McCarthy, being
designated for that purpose, drew from the box and read aloud names as fol-
