Reading <strong>of</strong> records commenced; further reading dispensed with<br />

under a suspension <strong>of</strong> the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote, Al-<br />

dermen Brady, Mallard, Ryan, Hurd, McCarthy, Corbett, pickett, Murray, Carrol<br />

Vice-president Reynolds and the president, 11, voting in the affirmative.<br />

Received a venire for the drawing <strong>of</strong> five men to serve as<br />

traverse jurors at the Superior Court, to be holden at Cambridge, the persons<br />

so drawn to appear and attend at the first session <strong>of</strong> said Court, on Monday,<br />

the third day <strong>of</strong> <strong>February</strong>, 19^7 > at 10 a.m. (Criminal business)<br />

The box containing the names being shaken and the slips or<br />
