is hereby requested to make a survey of the lighting conditions on Broadway
and Mystic Avenue from the Northern Artery to Sullivan Square.

That a public hearing be held relative to the
restoration of the bus line on Cross Street via Highland Avenue and Davis
Square.
Hearing to be held Jan. 24-, 19^6. Officials B.E.Ry.Co. to be
notified and hearing advertised.
Whereas:
The retirement of
LADDERMAN JOHN M. ROBINSON
of the Somervllle Fire Department is to be effective as of January 27,
and
Whereas :
Mr. Robinson has served for the past thirty-five
years with faithful devotion to duty, and
Whereas :
The city will lose a public servant, a fellow
worker that will be greatly missed by the members of the Fire Department,
therefore be It
Resolved:
That this Board of Aldermen extend its sincere
appreciation, and trusts that "Mr, Robinson will enjoy many happy years of
contentment and leisure, and be it further
Resolved:
That these resolutions be spread upon the records
of this Board of Aldermen and that the City Clerk forward a copy of same to
Mr. Robinson.

been deposited with the City Treasurer.
