Our Warden, Mr. Goodrich has been able to purchase a four year old
tested Holstein cow, at a cost of $225.00. The Board of Public Welfare re-sp'ectfully
requests an appropriation of $225.00 to the City Home Details of
Amounts for Ordinary Maintenance Account, to cover this purchase.
•Thla request is in anticipation of the passing of the 19^6 budget.
