Regular meeting.of the Board of Al-
dermen, City Hall, Somerville January
10, 19^6, & p.m. :
The president, Alderman Hall presiding.
Aldermen Brady, Corbett, McCarthy, Murray, Moran, pickett,
Kurd, Carroll, Mallard and Vice-president Reynolds present,
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed with
under a suspension of the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote, Al-
dermen Brady, Corbett, McCarthy, Murray, Moran, Pickett, Kurd, Carroll,
Mallard, Vice-president Reynolds and the President, 11, voting in the affir-
mative.
DRAWING OF SEATS
in the matter of drawing of seats for the year, on motion of
Alderman Murray, it was voted that the rules be suspended Insofar as they
affect the seat of the Vice-president and that the Vice-president be given
seat No. 10.
The Board then proceeded with the drawing of seats as pro-
vided by the rules, Alderman McCarthy drawing;and reading the numbers and
Alderman Murray drawing and reading the names.
In this manner seats were drawn and after changes had been
made by mutual agreement with the permission of the President, Aldermen were
seated as follows;
1. Moran
2. Mallard
Brady
\ Kurd
5. McCarthy
6. Corbett
7. Pickett
g. Murray
9. Carroll
10. Reynolds
