Ordered;
That the peerless Casualty Company, the surety
on a bond given to secure the City of'Somervllle 6n'"account^of an order accepted
in Board of Aldermen February 27, i'9^1/ granting permission to Somerville
packing Company to maintain"arid use existing jrallroad _tracks^"across
Water Street, be and it hereby is released from'further'JL'iabllity as~aurety
on said bond, provided, however, that this release sKall not affect or re-'
lease the liability of the said surety on account of any obligation arising
in connection with said bond prior to July 2, 19^6, a new bond having been
filed on that date.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor, the City clerk is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company abovementioned.
