is hereby transferred from available funds In the personal Service Account of
the Board of Health, Inspector of Milk and Vinegar"Account, to the Board of

vices of a special investigator to 'commence on May 27,

($155.0o) dollars is hereby transferred from Excess and Deficiency to Damage
to persons and Property Account, for the purpose- of indemnifying police offi-
cers Ja^es A. Fltzpatrlck and Cornelius J. Collins for judgement secured
against them, in Middlesex Superior Court, in an action brought by Stacia L.
Morse for injuries received by her arising out of the performance of their
duties by these officers. This sum represents one half of the total Judgment
of $31°' 00 secured by M?s. Morse in combined actions against, the above named
officers and two officers of the Medford police Department, the other half of
the; Judgment being paid by the City of Medford.

Department, Personal Service Account to Pensions, Ordinary Maintenance Account
to cover payment of a pension to Daniel F. McAuliffe, patrolman in the Somer-
ville Police Department, who is to be retired on pension, effective August 1,
19^6.
