(29) investigaron la relación entre laaparición precoz de disfunción endotelial y el desarrollode EVI, en un estudio longitudinal. La presencia dedisfunción endotelial a los 16 días tras el trasplante seasocia con un mayor grado de engrosamiento intimal,estimado por IVUS y predice el desarrollo de EVI duranteel primer año del trasplante.
