The kit of tipsrequired can be purchased fromthe reseller.Before proceeding with thereplacement of the tips thepower supply must be disconnected.It is also advisable to disassemblethe drive unit of the valve tofacilitate manual rotation of therotor when required. Access canthen be made to the rotor fromthe upper outlet, to extract thescrews, which block the tips andthe tip plates. Die abgenutztenSchleißleisten sind nichtmehr zu gebrauchen, währenddie Halterungen wiederverwendbarsind (außer sie wurdendurch das durchfließendeMaterial zu stark abgenutzt). Dieneuen Schleißleisten müssenauf folgende Weise montiertwerden:- Die Schleißleistensitze am Zellenradsorgfältig reinigen.- Die neue Schleißleiste am Sitzanlegen und darüber die Halterunganbringen.- Die Schauben zunächst lockeranziehen, damit die Schleißleistenicht sofort festgeklemmtwird.- Das Zellenrad drehen, bis dieSchleißleiste das Schleusengehäusestreift.- Die Schrauben nicht allzu festanziehen.- Durch Drehung des Zellenradssicherstellen, daß einerseitsder Spielraum zwischenSchleißleiste und Gehäusenicht zu groß ist undandererseits diese nicht zustark gegen das Gehäuse reibt(Da die Schleißleisten ausKunststoff sind, werden siebeim Eindrehen der Schraubenleicht gedehnt. Dies kann dazuführen, daß sie zu stark gegendas Gehäuse drücken,was eine beträchtliche Wärmeentwicklungund eine übermäßigeAbnutzung derSchleißleisten zur Folge habenwürde).Für einen reibungslosenBetrieb des Geräts darf dieSchleißleiste das Gehäusenur leicht streifen.- Alle Schleißleisten auf die beschriebeneWeise montierenund sich vor Wiederinbetriebnahmedes Geräts davonüberzeugen, daß an jeder Rippeeine Schleißleiste montiertist.Sur les vannes rotatives <strong>RVS</strong> et<strong>RVC</strong> il faut remplacer les bavettesplacées sur les rotors quandelles sont excessivement usées.Le kit de bavettes peut êtreacheter auprès du revendeurhabituel.Avant d’effectuer le remplacementdes bavettes il fautdébrancher l’alimentationélectrique.Il est en outre utile de démonterla motorisation de la vanne pourfaciliter la rotation manuelle durotor quand cela est nécessaire.On peut alors accéder au rotorpar la bouche supérieure et enleverles vis qui bloquent les bavetteset les fixe-bavettes : lesbavettes usées doivent être jetées,tandis que les fixe-bavettespeuvent être réutilisées (sielles n’ont pas été usées excessivementpar le produit pendantle fonctionnement).La procédure à suivre pour lemontage de bavettes neuves estle suivant :- nettoyer soigneusement les logementsoù les bavettes neuvesdoivent être appuyées;- appuyer la bavette dans sonlogement et par dessus le fixe-bavette;- visser sans serrer les vis manièreà ce que la bavette ne sebloque pas immédiatement;- tourner le rotor en faisant frôlerla bavette contre le corpsde la vanne, ;- serrer les vis sans forcer;- il faut ensuite faire tourner lerotor et contrôler que l’espaceentre les bavettes et le corpsn’est pas excessif, mais aussique la bavette ne frotte pastrop contre le corps (pendantle vissage des vis, les bavettessubissent une dilatation carelles sont en matière plastiqueet elles pourraient pousser excessivementcontre le corps enproduisant une quantité énormede chaleur et une usureexcessive de la bavette).Pour un fonctionnementcorrect de la machine, la bavettedoit juste effleurer lecorps;- suivre cette procédure jusqu’àterminer le montage de toutesles bavettes et s’assurer quetoutes les pales en sont équipéesavant de remettre la machineen marche.Sulle rotovalvole <strong>RVS</strong> ed <strong>RVC</strong> ènecessario sostituire le bavetteposte sui rotori quando questepresentano un’usura eccessiva.Il kit di bavette desiderato puòessere acquistato dal proprio rivenditore.Prima di procedere alla sostituzionedelle bavette ènecessario scollegare l’alimentazioneelettrica.É utile, inoltre, smontare la motorizzazionedella valvola per facilitarela rotazione manuale delrotore quando necessario.A questo punto si può accedereal rotore dalla bocca superiore etogliere le viti che bloccano bavettee fermabavette: le bavetteusurate vanno buttate, mentre ifermabavette possono essereriutilizati (se non sono stati eccessivamenteusurati dal materialedurante il funzionamento). Ilprocedimento da seguire per ilmontaggio delle nuove bavette èil seguente:- pulire accuratamente le sedi sulrotore dove andranno appoggiatele nuove bavette;- appoggiare nella propria sedela bavetta e sopra ad essa ilfermabavetta;- avvitare, senza stringere, leviti in modo che la bavetta nonsi blocchi immediatamente;- ruotare il rotore portando la bavettaa sfiorare contro il corpodella valvola;- stringere le viti con moderazione;- a questo punto far ruotare ilrotore e controllare che lo spaziotra bavette e corpo non siaeccessivo, ma anche che labavetta non sfreghi troppocontro il corpo (durante l’avvitamentodelle viti le bavette subisconouna dilatazione inquanto sono di materiale plasticoe potrebbero spingere eccessivamentecontro il corpoproducendo un grande aumentodi calore ed un’usura eccessivadella bavetta).Per un buon funzionamentodella macchina la bavettadeve sfiorare appena il corpo;- seguire questa procedura finoa completare il montaggio di tuttele bavette ed assicurarsi chetutte le pale ne siano provvisteprima di rimettere in funzionela macchina.
