When making this check, follow all safety regulationsfor electric equipment. Check if large objects are preventingthe rotor from turning.• Remove any material obstructing the rotor and apply all the safetyprocedures listed previously. Above all, make sure that the machine isdisconnected from the mains power supply and that it cannot beaccidentally turned back on.• Find the material that has stopped the machine, remove it, put the machineback into work cycle status and then re-start it.Rotary Valve blocked. • Check if large objects are preventing the rotor from turning.• Remove any material obstructing the rotor and apply all the safetyprocedures listed previously. Bei der Ausführung dieser Arbeiten die Sicherheitsbestimmungenin bezug auf elektrische Ausrüstungen beachten. Prüfen,ob etwa größere Fremdkörper die Rotation des Zellenrads behindern.• Den Gegenstand, der zum Blockieren der Schleuse geführt hat, entfernen,nachdem man die Bedingungen in bezug auf die Arbeitssicherheit überprüfthat. Die Stromzufuhr muß bei dieser Aktion unbedingt unterbrochensein.• Den Fremdkörper ausfindig machen, der das Blockieren der Schleuse verursachthat, diesen entfernen und die Schleuse vor der neuerlichenInbetriebnahme wieder in den normalen Betriebszustand bringen.Zellenradschleuse läuft nicht an. • Prüfen, ob Spannung anliegt.• Prüfen, ob sich in der Schleuse ein Fremdkörper befindet, der die Rotationdes Zellenrads verhindert. Effectuer ces opérations en respectant la réglementationde sécurité en matière d’équipements électriques. Vérifier qu’iln’y a pas d’objets de gros calibre qui empêche la rotation du rotor.• Enlever le produit qui a provoqué l’arrêt de la machine, après avoir créédes conditions sûres: la machine doit être mise hors tension de manièrecertaine.• Localiser le produit qui a provoqué l’arrêt, le extraire, remettre la machineen position de travail et remettre en marche..• Contrôler la présence de tension.Blocage de la vanne • Contrôler la présence de blocage ou d’objet qui empêche la rotation durotor. Dans ce cas mettre la machine hors tension et extraire l’objet.PROBLEMASOLUZIONEL’interruttore termico a protezione del motore elettrico interviene • Verificare che la taratura dell’interruttore sia corretta, in caso difermando la macchinanecessità impostare correttamente la soglia di intervento.• Verificare i collegamenti del motore elettrico, ed eventualmente ripristinarli.• Verificare lo stato del motore elettrico con apposita strumentazione ed incaso di necessità sostituirlo. Per eseguire le operazioni sopra descritte attenersialle norme di sicurezza relative agli apparati elettrici. Verificare cheoggetti di grossa pezzatura non permettano la rotazione del rotore.• Togliere il materiale che ha generato il blocco della macchina, dopo averecreato le opportune sicurezze: la macchina deve essere privata di tensionein modo certo.• Localizzare il materiale che ha provocato il blocco, toglierlo, rimettere lamacchina in posizione di lavoro e fare ripartire.• Controllare la presenza di tensione.Blocco della valvola • Controllare se è presente qualche blocco o oggetto che impedisce la rotazionedel rotore. In tal caso, togliere tensione e rimuovere l’oggetto.
