I prey Mahaveer <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji whose glory has been described by<br />

Shree Ramji himself.<br />

There is no one who do not know and believe in god <strong>Hanuman</strong>.<br />

He is simple as well as an able god. There are many aspects of his<br />

life. Some devotees ask straight forward and some with a little<br />

hesitation that how <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji can be helpful in our present life ?<br />

Todays mentality and psycology is to understand this character in<br />

short and get vast benefit out of that. Everybody wants to understand,<br />

achieve and live Baba <strong>Hanuman</strong>tlal with this feel.<br />

We have lot of literature related to <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji but to understand<br />

him easily and in short only three are sufficient. First one is <strong>Hanuman</strong><br />

Chalisa in which <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji have been glorified by Tulsidasji, for<br />

this reason only every word of it is charged and enchanting . Second<br />

one is kishkindha kand. In this chapter of Ramcharit Manas,<br />

<strong>Hanuman</strong>ji enters into the Ramkatha and many examples of his<br />

wisdom and efficiency appears before us. Third literature is<br />

Sunderkand, which exhibits the eliments of success.<br />

In this book along with all these literature the role of <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji<br />

in lanka kand has been also discussed. The success of lord rama lies<br />

in the management, strong vision and efficiency of <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji . We<br />

have tried to know about the character of <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji through all these<br />

factors.<br />

After there comes the yogi swarupa, yogi <strong>Hanuman</strong>. There for<br />

in this book, with the explanation of gist of <strong>Hanuman</strong> Chalisa,<br />

Kishkindha kand, Sunderkand and Lankakand, we have introduced,<br />

yoga, Pranayama, meditation and life management also.
