Stefanie Winkelbauer is coordinator of “Applied Arts“ at Welcome to Austria and likes to explore a
wide range of unusual topics with WA-members: “I use the term Applied Arts in the widest sense
- it can simply mean exploring Vienna’s fascinating neighbourhoods and their gastronomic offerings,
as well as discovering park architecture, furniture or ceramics. We also visit buildings of architectural
merit and enjoy art and craft studios, especially off the beaten track.”

arranged 153 programs. Her music
programs focus on the direct relationship
between musicians and
their music and the most important
orchestras and music halls.
