5.18 ROOF SHEETING SEQUENCE<br />
It is recommended that both sides of the ridge of a building be sheeted simultaneously. This will keep the<br />
insulation covered for the maximum amount of time and the panel ribs can be kept in proper alignment for<br />
the ridge panel. Check for proper coverage as the sheeting progresses. Note panel sheeting sequence<br />
below!<br />
NOTE:<br />
If oil or other slippery substances are present on the roof panels, wipe them clean<br />
immediately to prevent slipping or falling. Workers should maintain a constant<br />
awareness of their location relative to the roof edge. Use OSHA approved tie<br />
offs, netting’s or rails when working on roof surfaces. Safety fi rst!<br />
