6.2 RAKE TRIM & PEAK BOX INSTALLATION<br />

Apply caulking to rake trim as shown below prior to fi nial installation. Rake Trim and/or Peak Box should lap<br />

over rake trim a minimum of 2 inches. Attach to wall panel with #10 fasteners using an outside closure to<br />

seal box at the wall. Attach box to roof with #14 roof fasteners and stitch to trim with blind rivets as shown.<br />

Seal the connection at the roof panel with 1/8” tape sealant (drill 1/4” diameter clearance holes through<br />

plastic for fasteners to prevent cracking).<br />

Splice rake trim with pop rivets at peak box and seal all rake trim laps with sealant to assure a weather-tight<br />

seal.<br />
