and to promote greater community awareness<br />

Summary<br />

The program consists of three components:<br />

(1) develop<strong>in</strong>g an effective National Harm<br />

Reduction Policy; (2) develop<strong>in</strong>g a legal framework<br />

for harm reduction at <strong>the</strong> prov<strong>in</strong>cial<br />

level; (3) promot<strong>in</strong>g a media campaign for<br />

harm reduction .<br />
