88 Where the petition questions the return or election alleging a corrupt practice, and the
petition alleges a payment of money or other reward in furtherance of that corrupt practice,
it may be presented within 28 days of the payment. Where the petition alleges an illegal
practice, it may be presented within 21 days after the tenth day after the end of the time
allowed for delivering to the returning officer returns as to election expenses (or after the
date of receipt by the returning officer of those returns, where later).
