62. Simmy Ahluwalia, Coca-Cola's
engineer responsible for the vending
machine printer product, stated that
"information exchanged among
FutureLogic, Inc. and The Coca-Cola
Company during the printer development
project was treated as confidential by all
parties involved in this field test."
63. David Uland stated that he
"considered the technical information
provided by FutureLogic to be
confidential and [he] treated it as such."
64. In an email sent to Eric
Meyerhofer on August 3, 2000, David
Uland stated that "all drawings and
confidential information will be kept
between us as it has been always."
65. There was a general written non-
disclosure agreement between Interleave
Systems and Coca-Cola that would have
covered confidential information of
FutureLogic provided by Interleave to
Coca-Cola.
66. Coca-Cola acknowledged its
confidentiality obligation to FutureLogic,
and treated FutureLogic's information as
confidential.
