1. I am an attorney with the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and
lead trial counsel for FutureLogic, Inc. ("FutureLogic"). I submit tiffs declaration in
support of FutureLogic's Opposition to Nanoptix's Motion for Summary Judgment
of Invalidity of U.S. Patent No. 7,594,855 (hereinafter "the '855 Patent"). The facts
set forth in this declaration are known to me personally. If called as a witness, I
could and would testify competently concerning these matters.
