If you are willing to participate in this study, please fill the attached consent form and<br />

hand it back directly to me. It is noted that only participants who authorise to<br />

participate by signing on the consent form are included in this research.<br />

Will I receive feedback on the results of this research?<br />

If you would wish to have copy of the final report, you can mail a request to<br />

tth6197@aut.ac.nz. Upon receiving the request, I will be glad to share an aggregated<br />

summary of the results with you. Kindly note that only summarised results will be<br />
