correctly identifies the policy guidance to receive
a density bonus in the Mobility District.
Amend the Mobility Element to place the Paul
Russell Road extension back on the Future
Right-of-Way Needs Map.
Modify Policy 13.1.4 to change the allowed
roadway access to the Welaunee Toe via
Miccosukee Road from a crossing of the
Greenway at Arendell Way to a crossing at
Thornton Road.
